Operator Trainee

• →Operate and maintain plant equipment and processes.
• →Monitor effluent quality and make operational performance adjustments.
• →Perform lab sampling, testing, and reporting.
• →Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory compliance.
• →Ensure safety protocols and plant security are followed.

• 1 year of wastewater operations experience preferred.
• Passing the DEP subclass 2 & 4 along with the general exam is a requirement of employment. Time will be allotted per union contract that dictates the window for achieving this requirement
• Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and pass required assessments.

• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (may include shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency callouts per union agreement)
