Arago is an AI and computer hardware company whose mission is to drive the course of history forward. We do so by accelerating breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and semiconductors.
Founded in 2024 by AI researchers and physicists with deep expertise in photonics, electronics, software, mathematics, and machine learning, Arago brings together a lean team of engineers and scientists from the world’s top companies and research labs.
Composed of nine nationalities and operating from hubs in France, North America, and Israel, we believe in great science and fast achievements. Our work is guided by these core principles:
Do great things: we deliver work we’re proud to sign our name to.
High velocity: speed matters. We move quickly, one step at a time.
One unit: we’re all in this together, with relationships grounded in trust, respect, and camaraderie.
Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
Responsibilities
~1 min readBe the right hand to Arago's executives in the Bay Area, owning their day-to-day and making sure the office runs at the pace of the company.
The role spans three areas: executive support (calendars, communications, travel, prep work), office management (running our Bay Area office), and supporting the broader growth of the company through coordination across fundraising, recruiting, and partnerships. This is a high-trust seat with real surface area: you'll see everything that matters and have a hand in making it happen.
Requirements
~1 min read5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in fast-moving startups, scale-ups, or top-tier professional services.
Proven ability to manage complex multi-timezone calendars and travel across the US, Europe, and Israel.
Strong written communication: you can draft a clean email, a partner update, or an investor note in the executive's voice.
Tech-fluent: Google Workspace and modern travel and expense tools.
A bias for action, and someone who builds a great work environment around them.
Some accounting background is a real plus.
