What You'll Do

As a Primary Therapist, you'll help clients build a foundation for lasting recovery while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain an average primary caseload of approximately 8-9 clients
• Provide individual therapy tailored to each client's treatment goals
• Facilitate approximately 7-9 hours of group therapy each week
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow clinicians
• Communicate with family members when appropriate
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred

• LCSW

• CADC
