This role leads the planning and execution of technology initiatives supporting the firms Risk and Compliance function. The position partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate objectives into executable plans, maintain delivery momentum, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives, managing multiple concurrent workstreams while identifying dependencies and sequencing priorities

Drive project execution in alignment with the firms SDLC framework, ensuring required artifacts are created and stage-gate reviews are properly prepared and executed

Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, budgets, task tracking, and delivery artifacts
- →
Produce clear, actionable status reporting for senior leadership, including progress, risks, issues, and financials
- →
Manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of new project requests
- →
Coordinate closely with IT and business teams to align resources, track milestones, and remove delivery obstacles

Plan, facilitate, and lead structured project meetings, ensuring agendas, objectives, and follow-ups are clearly defined

Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication with business stakeholders and executive leadership

Partner with IT leadership to assess capacity, dependencies, and delivery impacts across initiatives
Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum 7 years of information technology experience (required)

At least 7 years of executive-level engagement and customer service experience (required)

Approximately 10 years of experience in a project management role preferred

Demonstrated experience managing large, complex initiatives within a professional services environment

Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence

Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously while maintaining delivery focus

Strong experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery reporting

Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve challenges, and consistently drive progress

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong presentation capabilities, particularly with senior leadership audiences

Highly collaborative, customer-focused, and relationship-oriented

Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
