IP and Technology Transactions Attorney

• →A law degree, an impressive record of academic achievement, and at least 3-5 years of experience in-house and/or at a law firm 
• →Experience should include reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts (on behalf of both customers and vendor) as well as advising clients on intellectual property issues and contract interpretation more generally 
• →Prior experience with issues relating to open-source software and/or generative artificial intelligence is a plus, but not required 
• →Comfortable juggling competing priorities and working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
• →Excellent analytical abilities, outstanding judgment, keen attention to detail, an impressive work ethic, and proven drafting, communication, and organizational skills 

The expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000.00 - $200,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
