Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Client Partnership & Support: Build and manage strong client relationships as the main point of contact, addressing product and application queries while ensuring timely resolutions in line with SLAs.
- →Front-Office Workflow Expertise: Provide expert support across the front-office workflow, including portfolio management, order and execution management (OMS), pre- and post-trade compliance, position keeping/IBOR, trade capture, and data flow into the middle/back office and EDM.
- →Asset Class Coverage: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a broad set of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, and funds.
- →Operational Excellence & Issue Management: Provide expert support to resolve operational queries, assess issue criticality, collaborate internally to find root causes, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
- →Training & Knowledge Enablement: Deliver client training on the Arcesium platform and continuously update training materials and documentation to keep clients informed and empowered.
- →Insight & Trend Analysis: Keep detailed records of client inquiries to identify patterns and proactively improve service by addressing recurring challenges.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration & Onboarding: Partner with internal technical teams and Product Management to support operational activities and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and funds.
Requirements
~2 min read- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial discipline with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in supporting trade life cycles and/or interacting with hedge fund managers, investment managers, asset managers, or other buy/sell-side firms.
- Deep knowledge of front-to-back investment operations workflows, including OMS, pre- and post-trade compliance, IBOR/position keeping, trade capture, and data flows into middle/back-office and EDM environments.
- Strong exposure to a broad range of asset classes: equities, fixed income, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, and funds.
- Proficiency in financial services industry domain knowledge, preferably middle-office processes, with sound knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting.
- Proven experience in client management, demonstrating a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs and building strong relationships to ensure a positive client experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively to clients.
- A client-centric mindset, focused on delivering high-quality service and solutions tailored to individual client requirements.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
- High level of personal maturity, with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to teamwork in a client-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under stringent deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in Python and API operations is desirable.
