Legal Intern

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within the legal department of an international company.

  Support the Legal team on a variety of civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on international contract law, commercial law and corporate law

• →

  Assist with the review, preparation and administration of contracts and other legal documents

• →

  Support corporate and administrative legal matters, including document notarizations and Commercial Register filings

• →

  Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics

• →

  Assist in the preparation of contractual and settlement negotiations and, where appropriate, participate in related meetings

• →

  Provide general support to the Legal team on ongoing projects and day-to-day legal matters

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, with a Bachelor's degree completed or close to completion

• Strong interest in gaining practical experience in an international corporate legal environment

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

• Pragmatic, reliable and well organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders

• Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• A practical learning experience within the Legal department of a global company

• Exposure to a broad range of legal matters and insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of in-house counsel
