Logistics Warehouse Coordinator

Purpose:  The position will be directly reporting to the Logistics Supervisor of the SC region.  The role supports warehouse operations, oversees receiving of inbound deliveries, ensures compliance to GWP/GMP in storing of goods in the warehouse and making sure timely issuances to requests to users.
                            
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day to day warehouse operations
• Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods / commodities
• Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols / GWP / GMP at all times
• Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.
• Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately

Qualifications:

• College Level or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Knows basic MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint
• Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service  
• Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task
• Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.
• Travel within Philippines is required
