Responsibilities

→Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
→Safely load and unload products according to company and customer procedures.
→Plan routes and trips while accounting for fuel, breaks, appointments, weather, traffic, and construction.
→Adapt to changing conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
→Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, company, and customer requirements.
→Follow regulations and guidelines established by FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL.
→Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach while representing ADM Trucking, Inc.

Minimum Qualifications

→Must be 21 years of age or older.
→Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
→Must be able to obtain a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement within 60–90 days of hire..
→No more than 1 chargeable accident within the past 3 years.
→No more than 3 employers/jobs within the past 3 years.
→No more than 1 moving violation within the past 3 years.
→Ability and willingness to comply with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
