JOB DESCRIPTION | MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting | Phân tích & Báo cáo Dữ liệu Bán hang

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.

Thu thập, tổng hợp, kiểm tra và phân tích dữ liệu bán hàng từ nhiều nguồn.

• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key business KPIs.
  Xây dựng và quản lý báo cáo, dashboard và các chỉ số kinh doanh chính.
• Analyze sales trends and performance by customer, region, and product; identify Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast gaps.
  Phân tích xu hướng, hiệu quả bán hàng theo khách hàng, khu vực và sản phẩm; xác định chênh lệch Actual, Budget và Forecast.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  Cung cấp phân tích và đề xuất dựa trên dữ liệu để hỗ trợ quyết định kinh doanh.

Sales Policy & Trade Programs | Chính sách Bán hàng & Chương trình Thương mại

• Manage data related to sales policies, promotions, discounts, and trade support programs.
  Quản lý dữ liệu liên quan đến chính sách bán hàng, khuyến mại, chiết khấu và các chương trình hỗ trợ thương mại.
• Calculate and validate trade program results for settlement and performance evaluation.
  Tính toán và kiểm tra kết quả chương trình thương mại phục vụ quyết toán và đánh giá hiệu quả.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to reconcile and ensure data accuracy.
  Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đối chiếu và đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu.

Sales Performance Management | Quản lý Hiệu quả Đội ngũ Kinh doanh

• Maintain Sales Mapping, Sales Hierarchy, Sales Target, and sales team data.
  Quản lý Sales Mapping, Sales Hierarchy, Sales Target và dữ liệu đội ngũ kinh doanh.
• Track sales performance and calculate Sales Incentive results based on company policies.
  Theo dõi hiệu quả bán hàng và tính toán kết quả Sales Incentive theo chính sách Công ty.

Demand & Supply Planning | Kế hoạch Nhu cầu & Cung ứng

• Collect and consolidate Sales Commitment data to support demand and supply planning.
  Thu thập và tổng hợp dữ liệu Sales Commitment phục vụ lập kế hoạch nhu cầu và cung ứng.
• Coordinate with Production and relevant teams to support production planning and customer demand fulfillment.
  Phối hợp với Sản xuất và các bộ phận liên quan để hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch sản xuất và đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng.

Business Support & Improvement | Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh & Cải tiến

• Provide sales data and insights to Sales, Marketing, and other relevant functions.
  Cung cấp dữ liệu và phân tích cho Sales, Marketing và các phòng ban liên quan.
• Support data standardization, reporting automation, process improvement, and digital transformation projects.
  Tham gia chuẩn hóa dữ liệu, tự động hóa báo cáo, cải tiến quy trình và các dự án chuyển đổi số.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Statistics, MIS, IT, Data Science, or related fields.
  Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Thống kê, MIS, CNTT, Data Science hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar roles.
  Có 2 -3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Sales Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst hoặc tương đương.
• Experience in Feed, Animal Nutrition, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
  Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Thức ăn chăn nuôi, Dinh dưỡng vật nuôi, FMCG hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data analysis, and reporting.
  Thành thạo Microsoft Excel, Power BI, phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo.
• Experience in dashboard development and reporting automation is an advantage.
  Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng dashboard và tự động hóa báo cáo là lợi thế.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
  Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống ERP/CRM là lợi thế.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  Cẩn thận, chính xác, chủ động và có khả năng quản lý nhiều công việc cùng lúc.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills; communication skills are an advantage.
  Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tốt; khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
• Knowledge of sales processes and distribution channels is an advantage.
  Hiểu biết về quy trình bán hàng và kênh phân phối là lợi thế.
• Willing to work overtime during month-end/quarter-end closing when required.
