Audit Operations Associate

This position reports to the Team Lead or AVP Premium Audit, and performs and coordinates the processing of medium to complex premium audits with minimal supervision.  Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors.  Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing. 

Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met.

• →Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications.
• →Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites.
• →Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges.
• →Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• 3-5 Years Insurance experience
• Collaborative and team oriented
• Customer focused with attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize duties and multi-task between captives
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed showing personal accountability and sense of urgency
