Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mid

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing capable candidates and placing new hires in a timely manner to fill human resource requirements of the various organizational units of the organization. The TAS shall conduct full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, phone screening, face to face interviews, selection, compensation negotiations, pre-employment screens and on-boarding activities.

The successful candidate will work mid shift for this position.

Sourcing Candidates

• →Develop new candidate pipelines. This may include establishing relationships with universities and professional groups.
• →Manage external recruiting firm relationships.
• →Maintain candidate information utilizing Arch's talent platform, iCIMs.
• →Evaluate candidates from multiple sources including job boards, employee referrals and external recruiting firms.
• →Conduct background and reference checks.
• →Recommend improvements to the function.

• Excellent oral and written communication Skills
• Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Knowledge in using LinkedIn products as well as Jobstreet

• Bachelor's degree
