- First week of September (no later than September 11)
- Virtual Interviews: Second and third weeks of October
- Final candidates will be selected for advancement.
- Onsite Interviews: First and second weeks of November
- Meetings with the C-Suite leadership team and Medical Staff.
- Offer expected to be extended by Thanksgiving.

Salary expectations: $75,000
1. Participates in rotational assignments across operational, clinical, and support departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration while contributing to departmental and organizational initiatives.
2. Participates in strategic projects that align with organizational priorities and the professional development goals of the fellowship.
3. Attends and actively participates in administrative meetings, committees, and other assigned organizational meetings to gain exposure to executive decision-making and healthcare operations.
4. Assists with organizational planning, budgeting, process improvement, and departmental problem-solving activities under the guidance of executive leadership and fellowship preceptors.
5. Collaborates with leaders across the organization to analyze operational challenges, develop recommendations, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and patient experience.
6. Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication by preparing reports, presentations, and project updates, while maintaining regular communication with fellowship preceptors regarding project status, accomplishments, and potential risks.
7. Exercises sound judgment, critical thinking, and professionalism in managing routine assignments, addressing operational issues, and responding to changing priorities.
8. Represents Arkansas Children's in internal committees, community organizations, and professional associations while demonstrating the organization's mission, values, and standards of professionalism.
9. Maintains compliance with organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and all applicable rules and regulations while accepting responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
10. Participates in ongoing performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and professional development activities to successfully complete fellowship objectives and prepare for future healthcare leadership roles.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
