About The Role:

The Manufacturing Compliance Engineer is responsible for independently verifying that our manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and required documentation are being completed as defined. This position serves as an independent set of eyes on the plant floor, helping ensure that established safety, quality, operational, and compliance requirements are consistently followed. This is a developmental role for a future site Process Engineer or Quality Manager.

The Manufacturing Compliance Engineer will conduct audits, perform product and material testing, review manufacturing and quality data, verify inspection equipment and records, and identify gaps between required processes and actual plant practices.

This role is not responsible for owning the plant's operational KPIs. Rather, the position verifies that the activities, controls, and data supporting those KPIs are being completed accurately and consistently. This role will report to the site Quality Manager.
