Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a DSP, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support to empower people to learn, grow, and explore their independence. From assisting with daily routines-like getting ready for the day, grocery shopping, or attending appointments-to offering mentorship and motivation, you'll be there to support and celebrate progress every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care

Encourage independence, confidence, and community involvement

Provide guidance, mentorship, and compassionate care

Help individuals achieve personal goals and build life skills

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 18 years old

Valid New York State driver's license
