Job Summary:

As an Engineer in our Tennessee Operations plant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside our dynamic and innovative engineering team to support and achieve production goals. You will take ownership of several components of electrical, mechanical and quality systems and play a critical role in the safety and performance of equipment and infrastructure. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and hands-on engineering skills to design and implement innovative solutions that meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will:

Drive and engage in cross-disciplinary problem-solving efforts with engineering, maintenance and production teams.
Oversee all phases of engineering projects – from initial concept and scope development through written specifications, bid solicitation, detailed design, manufacturing coordination, equipment commissioning and final project closeout.
Develop solutions to support process improvements and enhance equipment reliability, while providing technical assistance to production and maintenance teams.

Also note:

Relocation is available for this role.
Onsite full time.
On call for production issues.

You have: (required)

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field of study (mechanical, electrical, chemical or relevant).
1 engineering internship OR 1 year of experience in Engineering field.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
