Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

• →Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• →Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• →Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
• →Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• →Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies.
• →Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• →Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies.
• →Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities.
• →Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards.

• →7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• →Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role.
• →Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• →Data Cloud
• →Agentforce
• →Marketing Cloud
• →Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud)
• →Revenue Cloud
• →MuleSoft
• →Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
• →Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• →Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
• →Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams.
