The EMEA Visual Merchandising team is responsible for bringing the Arc'teryx brand to life across our retail environments throughout the region. We partner closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design and Global Visual Merchandising to deliver consistent, premium brand experiences across Brand Stores and Wholesale partners. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to New Store Openings and retail initiatives, our team ensures every store reflects the highest standards of visual storytelling and execution.
You support the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead in delivering the EMEA Visual Merchandising strategy across brand stores, outlets and wholesale partners
You assist in creating and delivering the seasonal product presentation decks in partnership with the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead so stores can execute visual merchandising vision and standards throughout our store environments, interiors and windows
You review store photo submissions to evaluate execution against Visual Merchandising guidelines and provide clear, actionable feedback through visual, written and verbal communication
You support the development and maintenance of regional Visual Merchandising standards, manuals and tools that enable retail teams to deliver a consistent and inspiring consumer experience
You own the coordination and execution of assigned Visual Merchandising projects, ensuring alignment with global standards, seasonal priorities and regional business needs
You coordinate fixture, mannequin, prop and Visual Merchandising asset requirements for assigned projects
You conduct store visits to support Visual Merchandising execution, training, coaching and ongoing development
You create, maintain and continuously improve Visual Merchandising tools, manuals, product presentation decks, processes and communications that support seamless implementation across GTM stage gates
You create content and contribute to regional calls, representing the Visual Merchandising function when delegated by the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead
You monitor project timelines, track deliverables and communicate updates, risks and next steps to key partners
You help to create ad hoc communication related to changes in the business that impacts product presentation
You support the planning, coordination and execution of Wholesale Visual Merchandising initiatives across the EMEA region
You coordinate Visual Merchandising assets, product styling and outfit preparation for Wholesale initiatives, campaigns and special projects in partnership with the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead
Supporting the continued evolution of Visual Merchandising in EMEA
Leading the Visual Merchandising execution of New Store Openings across EMEA
Owning Visual Merchandising for selected markets and building strong partnerships with Retail teams
Bringing seasonal campaigns and product stories to life across Brand Stores and Wholesale partners
Developing tools, processes and training that drive operational excellence across the region
You have 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or a related field
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting information to a variety of audiences
You have a strong eye for product presentation, styling, colour and visual storytelling
You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
You are proactive in identifying opportunities, solving problems and driving projects forward
You remain highly flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
You effectively balance autonomy with collaboration and build strong cross-functional relationships
You are familiar with the Arc’teryx brand and products
You have a strong understanding of the active apparel market within the outdoor industry and the key outdoor activities we make products for
You are willing and able to travel throughout the EMEA region (up to 70%).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or SketchUp is considered an asset
