FM Supervisor

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a FM Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. Job Summary The FM Supervisor oversees daily facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and utilities services. The role ensures preventive maintenance is implemented, work orders are tracked through the CAFM system, and teams are managed efficiently to maintain smooth building operations. Job Specifications · 0 - 3 years of previous work experience with a facilities management company. · University Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering · General knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, civil, and architectural systems. · Good experience managing light utility and building cleaning operations. · Must have effective workforce management skills. · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling, and planning. · Working knowledge of building management systems. · Effective communication and computer skills.
