VP of Construction

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to hire a VP of Construction to join their team in Riyadh. Job Summary : A high-level position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to make critical decisions, and effective communication with stakeholders. Overall, the VP of Construction plays a crucial role in driving the success of construction projects and the overall growth of the company's construction division Responsibilities : Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, motivating them to achieve project goals. Make key decisions on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to maintain strong relationships and deliver successful projects. Implement best practices to optimize construction processes and improve project efficiency. Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management. Requirements Must be a qualified engineer with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Background working in contracting companies is essential. Proven track record of strong leadership skills, capable of making critical decisions under pressure. Fluent in both Arabic and English languages. Extensive experience working on multiple construction projects simultaneously.
