About the Role

Have prior experience at an early-stage / Series A–B venture-backed startup.
Have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and enterprise autonomy.
Have experience building or iterating on interview rubrics, onboarding workflows, or talent analytics dashboards.
