PM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes, including unit handovers and takeovers Handle Property Management (PM) contract takeovers and handovers with owners Coordinate with tenants on property-related matters and requests Conduct property and unit inspections and prepare detailed reports Support maintenance administration, including LPO (Local Purchase Orders) processing Track and follow up on maintenance works and service requests Handle Kahramaa procedures, and cooling account coordination. Maintain accurate documentation and operational records Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in property management Experience in residential and commercial properties (primarily residential units) Strong administrative and coordination skills Knowledge of Kahramaa and cooling systems procedures Proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
