Key Responsibilities

Assist in providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness. Observe and track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.

Responsibilities

→Familiarity with ABA principles and ethical guidelines
→3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
→40-hour RBT coursework certificate
→State of AZ Article 9 Training
→First Aid/CPR Certification
→Obtain RBT Certificate within 30 days of hire and prior to service delivery.
→State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained within the 30 days of hire or prior to service delivery
→ABA Ethical Guidelines.
→Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
→AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
