Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Bilingual Habilitation Support Supervisor will provide consultative and direct support to Members and their families receiving habilitation services in home and community settings. In this role, the Bilingual Habilitation Support Supervisor will work with HAH Support Specialists, parents/caregivers, HAH Providers, Support Coordinators, and DD Managers/Supervisors to support person-centered services.
- →Provide day-to-day supervision and support to HAH Support Specialists, Leads, and Assistants.
- →Support staff training, onboarding, development, and ongoing performance through coaching, feedback, and collaboration.
- →Coordinate staff schedules, timekeeping, PTO, certifications, and other administrative needs to support effective team operations.
- →Oversee quality and consistency of HAH Support services through regular review, feedback, and follow-up.
- →Support bilingual staff across the HAH Support Team by providing guidance, perspective, and feedback to strengthen communication, collaboration, and culturally responsive services.
- →Assist families with preparation for PCSP meetings, complete goal review and prepare documents for member meetings, including Habilitation goals and teaching strategies.
- →Attend PCSP meetings as a neutral resource to support collaborative discussion, problem-solving, and person-centered planning.
- →Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and organizational partners.
- →Collaborate with HAH Support leadership to identify operational needs and address challenges.
- →Participate in department initiatives, quality improvement activities, and other projects that support the development of HAH Support Services.
- Bilingual Required (English & Spanish)
- 40 hours of ABA training
- State of AZ PROUD Training
- State of AZ Article 9 Training
- Intro to DDD
- Two years’ experience as a HAH Support Specialist or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Satisfactory background check
- •Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint clearance card
