Responsibilities

→Experiment and Build: Rapidly prototype and iterate on backend solutions, creating POCs to explore new ideas and validate use cases.
→Collaborate Creatively: Partner with frontend developers, ML engineers, and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions.
→Integrate Thoughtfully: Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, optimizing their performance for scalable, real-world applications.
→Optimize and Secure: Build scalable, secure systems using AWS services and adhere to industry best practices.
→Mentor and Lead: Guide team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, etc.).
Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into backend systems.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog).
Familiarity with conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), Computer Vision or ML based predictive models is nice to have.
Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and debugging tools.
Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka).
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
Understanding of database optimization and performance tuning for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
