We’re looking for an experienced fitter who can read prints, solve challenges, and keep our top-quality work on schedule and moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards
  • Operate shop equipment as needed for the job
  • Set up welders and other shop equipment
  • Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow
  • Follow all company safety rules—everyone goes home safe
  • Help train and guide newer crew members
  • Keep your work area clean and organized

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid AWS D1.1 Certification required
