• →Check materials to make sure they meet customer specs and our quality standards
• →Operate shop equipment as needed for the job
• →Set up welders and other shop equipment
• →Build fixtures and other aids to improve workflow
• →Follow all company safety rules—everyone goes home safe
• →Help train and guide newer crew members
• →Keep your work area clean and organized

• Must be able to read blueprints, run equipment, weld, and burn

• Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid AWS D1.1 Certification required
