Aritzia is growing and our Digital team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering a world-class Digital experience. We have channel commerce teams within our Digital division responsible for managing our channel growth and plans. On the website channel commerce team, you will play a pivotal role in proactively driving the Digital business through tracking and monitoring performance, managing the prioritization of enhancement opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally between other sales channels and stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Concierge, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to advocate for opportunities that will drive results. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Website, you will lead the team to:
- Help establish the Website’s long-term vision, strategy and roadmap that fuels our digital business.
- Deliver and enable customer-centric Website experiences that fuel long-term, profitable business growth.
- Manage and action on Website sales opportunities, as well as drive cross-functional initiatives to increase sales and profitability. Examples of work can span multiple domains such as working with stakeholders to: improve SEO, enhance product data quality, and improve how we manage digital assets for our website.
- Measure, analyse, and action on Website sales channel performance.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Requirements

- Proven skills, education and/or experience in eCommerce, with prior experience in a role directly accountable for business performance and sales
- Proven experience leading successful eCommerce initiatives and driving customer and business value
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and action on data-driven decisions
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business & People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

What We Offer

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
