The mission of the Distribution is to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences through a seamless and structured Distribution Network.

Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for

the seamless flow of product and supplies into, within, and out of a Distribution Centre. You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the inbound, outbound, and inventory operations that enable the delivery of our world-class Distribution approach. As the Fulfillment Manager, Distribution, you will lead the team to:

Uphold operational excellence within the four walls of our Distribution Centres
Facilitate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network
Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from our Distribution Network
Facilitate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
Uphold workplace safety and health and violence protection measures
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

Proven skills, education and/or applicable certifications in Distribution Centre leadership, apparel or retail operations, and distribution automation.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
