The mission of the Impact Reporting Department is to inform and engage our stakeholders through transparent and accurate people & planet communications and reporting.
Aritzia is growing and our Impact Reporting team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for embedding responsible practices throughout the organization, in alignment with best practices for social and environmental impact. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Impact Reporting, you will support with informing and engaging our stakeholders through transparent and accurate Impact communications and reporting. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Impact Reporting, you will lead the team to:
- Define and deliver Aritzia’s sustainability ambition
- Understand the landscape of current and emerging Impact requirements, priorities, risks and opportunities
- Meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder disclosure expectations while minimizing Aritzia’s exposure
- Drive successful communication and delivery of Impact information internally and externally
- Proactively and reactively manage the success of the Impact Reporting execution
Requirements
~1 min readThe Senior Manager / Manager, Impact Reporting, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
- Sustainability Reporting in a retail, fashion, supply chain, or related industry
- Translating North American ESG regulations (e.g., California climate rules, greenwashing regulations) and voluntary standards (e.g., SASB, ISSB) into disclosures that support decision-making
- Building and leading end-to-end reporting processes, from data collection to post-cycle review
- Data governance and analytics with complex data sets
- Defining, measuring, and reporting on environmental and social impact performance
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
What We Offer
~2 min readAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 – $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
