The mission of the Product Distribution Department is to get the right product, to the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity — through analytically rigorous, highly automated inventory execution across our retail and eCommerce network.
Aritzia is growing and our Product Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for operating the analytical engine that optimizes our inventory distribution across our network of stores & distribution centres (DCs). As the Senior Manager / Manager, Product Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that inventory is well-balanced to maximize sales & sell-through. This role will elevate your technical & analytical capabilities as you learn how a sophisticated, data-driven inventory system works from the team who built it. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Product Distribution, you will:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Support with defining and delivering Aritzia’s product distribution approach
- Manage store replenishment, ensuring target stock recommendations are generated, reviewed, and executed on schedule
- Operate DC-to-DC transfers and eCommerce floor stock processes, optimizing inventory balance and availability across the network
- Manage demand forecasting inputs and forecast review
- Analyze outputs, identify anomalies, and apply Aritzia’s business guidelines to resolve exceptions
- Manage reporting on product distribution KPI’s and communicate learnings cross-functionally to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of our processes
Requirements

What We Offer

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
