The mission of the Interior Design Department is to bring our brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels.

Aritzia is growing and our Interior Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for bringing the brand to life through visually compelling, functional, and cohesive physical spaces to enhance how the space feels. As a Senior Manager/Manager of Interior Design, you will lead the development of the layout, specifications, visualizations, ordering and on-site styling to ensure cohesive alignment with design, timelines, and operational requirements of each space. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design you will lead the team to:

• Develop and detail interior design layouts aligned with creative vision, spatial planning, and standards.
• Create and manage interior design specifications ensuring compliance and alignment with project tiers.
• Produce visualizations to clearly communicate design intent and project aesthetics.
• Ensure all fixtures are precisely positioned and fully coordinated with surrounding elements, delivering a cohesive and integrated spatial environment.
• Oversee budgeting and ordering of interior design elements, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.
• Lead on-site styling to accurately realize the design vision through strategic placement of elements.
• Manage inventory to maintain availability and support project needs.

The Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Interior Design
• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Building Technologies such as REVIT
• An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
• An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
