The mission of the Global Logistics team is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.

Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and eComm fulfillment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Aritzia’s air and sea freight network, driving the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective movement of goods from origin to destination. As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Inbound, Global Logistics, you will:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

• Execute best-in-class air and sea freight, shipping, and delivery set-up

• Execute the best possible logistics experience for our customers

• Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

• Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, Inbound, Global Logistics, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:

  • Air and sea freight for imports into North America

  • Working with international service providers

  • Customs procedures and documentation

  • INCOTERMS

  • Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
