• →Must be a U.S. Citizen
• →Active Secret security clearance
• →Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university
• →Eight (8) years' experience with writing policies, technical documents, strategic plans, designs, cybersecurity operations and procedures, as well as presenting and explaining those products to executives
• →Experience with DoD Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• →Strong technical writing skills and ability to present complex information clearly
• →Demonstrated experience developing cybersecurity policies and procedures
• →Knowledge of Navy and DoD cybersecurity standards, regulations, and guidelines

• Experience with Navy cybersecurity programs and processes
• Familiarity with NIST Special Publications and DoD cybersecurity instructions
• Experience with eMASS, VRAM, and other DoD cybersecurity systems
• Knowledge of Navy and DoD organizational structure
• Understanding of technical aspects of cybersecurity implementation
• Experience briefing executive leadership on cybersecurity matters
