Unarmed Emergency Support Officer (ESO l)

Armorous Security is hiring Unarmed Emergency Support Officers (ESO I) to provide flexible, reliable security coverage across the Bay Area. 
This is a great entry point into a security career - no prior experience required, just a valid BSIS Guard Card and the drive to learn.

• →Provide excellent customer service while carrying out safety, security, and emergency response procedures at assigned sites.
• →Respond promptly to shift assignments across multiple sites, including unfamiliar locations with minimal notice.
• →Patrol buildings, posts, and perimeters, and monitor access at entrances and gates.
• →Observe and report signs of crime, disorder, hazards, or unusual activity.
• →De-escalate situations calmly and professionally.
• →Write clear, accurate reports of daily activity and incidents.
• →Maintain uniform, grooming, and BSIS licensing standards.

• Active BSIS Guard Card (California).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned sites.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction during initial assignments.
