✓Prior experience leading investment strategy, portfolio management, or capital allocation within hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, or institutional asset managers

✓Deep understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, risk management, and manager selection

✓Proven track record of delivering risk-adjusted returns and executing investment decisions with measurable impact

✓Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including investment committee and LP engagement

✓Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic markets
