As a Travel Concierge, you will play a vital part in supporting our Travel Advisors and ensuring clients receive a seamless vacation experience from booking through departure. This position combines administrative support, client coordination, and quality control, focusing heavily on exciting cruise and travel experiences.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements.
- →Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
- →Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy.
- →Coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
- →Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements.
- →Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients.
- →Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
We are looking for individuals who bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. The core must-haves for this role are collaboration, communication, organization, and consistent follow-through.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building abilities and a passion for helping others.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple details in a steady environment.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using standard office technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and basic database or CRM software.
