Community Manager

• →Lead lease-up strategy and execution to achieve occupancy targets
• →Manage compliance for LIHTC and CTCAC programs, including certifications and audits
• →Oversee daily operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• →Drive leasing performance, conversions, and retention
• →Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
• →Supervise and develop on-site team
• →Maintain strong resident relations and handle escalations
• →Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements
• →Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards

• 3+ years of property management experience with lease-up exposure
• Strong experience with LIHTC and CTCAC compliance and processes
• Proven ability to manage certifications, documentation, and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
• Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred

• Hands-on operator who executes and solves problems quickly
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to balance compliance requirements with leasing velocity
• Clear communicator who can manage residents and teams effectively
• This role is key to successfully leasing and stabilizing a new community while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.
