- Proven success meeting goals in occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and accountability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Yardi and EliseAI preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Work performed both in office and on property grounds.
- May require evenings or weekends based on community needs.
- Frequent interaction with residents, vendors, and team members.
