Supply Chain Lead - StrangeLove

We're looking for a Supply Chain Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end supply planning process and play a critical role in supporting the next phase of growth for the StrangeLove business.

As Supply Chain Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with co-manufacturing partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll manage supply continuity, optimise inventory, balance demand and capacity, and proactively identify opportunities to improve how we operate.

This is a highly visible role where you'll have genuine ownership, broad stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence business outcomes.

• Own and manage the end-to-end supply planning process across the StrangeLove portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated supply plans aligned to forecast demand, production capacity and inventory targets.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment priorities and service outcomes while balancing working capital requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules and capacity planning with a network of manufacturing partners.
• Manage supplier relationships across ingredients and packaging to ensure continuity of supply.
• Support monthly forecasting and planning cycles, translating demand into actionable supply plans.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks before they impact customers or business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, reporting and systems.
• Partner with commercial, operations and innovation teams to support growth and new product launches.

You're a proactive and commercially minded supply chain professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with stakeholders and are comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently.

• Experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management or broader supply chain roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to contract manufacturing or complex supplier networks.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems, with Cin7 Core experience highly regarded.
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge existing processes.
• The confidence to proactively identify issues, communicate risks and drive solutions.
