A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join and help guide our clinical team.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves dentistry, takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, and enjoys helping teammates grow. We believe healthcare is about human connection, not transactions — and that every patient should feel seen, heard, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Our mission is to empower healers and educators to provide patients with world-class care and achieve optimal health. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing that mission to life through clinical excellence, patient education, team support, and thoughtful leadership.
What Makes This Role Meaningful
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to “run rooms.” We are looking for a clinical leader who believes great dentistry is built through trust, preparation, collaboration, and kindness.
In this role, you will help set the tone for the clinical team by modeling our core values:
Patient Obsession
Every action should serve the patient’s health, comfort, safety, and experience.
Team Empowerment
You will help create an environment where assistants feel supported, trained, heard, and confident.
Team Development
You will help coach, onboard, and strengthen the clinical team so the practice can continue delivering excellent care.
Relationship-Driven Care
You will help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident while building trust that lasts beyond a single appointment.
Golden Rule Patient Care
We do what is best for the patient, even when it is hard.
Golden Rule Team Care
We treat teammates with the same respect, patience, and kindness we want for ourselves.
