Responsibilities

→Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
→Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
→Train parents and caregivers to implement effective behavior management strategies.
→Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment plans are effective, making adjustments as needed.
→Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, early interventionist/ infant development specialists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
→Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
→Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families.

Location: Livermore, Hayward, and Union City Clinics.

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, in-person in Livermore, Hayward, and Union City (with the possibility of hybrid down the line).
