Retail Communication and Activity Planning Coordinator

• →Develop, plan, and execute retail communications, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and relevant for store teams
• →Coordinate reactive communications by working cross-functionally with key teams such as Commercial, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Customer and People
• →Engage with stakeholders to create streamlined activity plans
• →Support the management of the Activity budget
• →Manage communication timelines ensuring that all messages are timely, consistent, and in line with both planned and reactive activity
• →Monitor, evaluate, and report on communication effectiveness, gathering feedback from store teams to improve future messaging
• →Be part of the on call rota being available to support the delivery of communication if needed at the weekend and Bank Holidays (one weekend per month, extra payment available)

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
