Retail Process Co-ordinator

As a Central Online Operations Coordinator at Asda Home Office, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the support plan for our retail and field teams and supporting the central online activity plan as well as our BAU activities. You will be responsible for ensuring retail-facing activity is planned and delivered and that stores receive the right information at the right time. A key part of your role will be the end-to-end coordination of our equipment portfolio, store communication and helping stores with mapping queries.  Supporting our mission to drive exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.

• →Develop, plan, and execute retail communications, ensuring the messaging is clear, concise, and relevant for store teams
• →Coordinate reactive communications by working cross-functionally with other key teams
• →Coordinate our tote swap programme end to end including planning and weekly BAU activities
• →Support the management of all map queries and event mapping activities like store refreshes, promotions and Seasonal periods
• →Responsible for monitoring and identifying process opportunities in online and creating updates to the process to optimise.
• →You will also be responsible for coordinating process and other content updates in our Asda One intranet site
• →Coordination of our daily ticket system, making sure we respond to store queries within the agreed SLA (service level agreement)
• →Coordinate, timely payments to our supplier base along with any support and communication required to maintain our relationship.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
