Host-(Part-time) Ulysses

• →Welcome each guest warmly and respond to guests' requests and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• →Makes guests feel appreciated through your actions
• →Work as a team with all personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
• →Manage reservations, walk-ins, and wait lists using the Resy platform
• →Monitor wait times and provide accurate estimates to guests.
• →Escort guests to their tables, present menus, provide water, and inform them of their server.
• →Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance, and entrance area.
• →Communicate guest needs or special occasions to service staff (e.g., birthdays, accessibility needs) with management and staff
• →Monitor the dining room, entryway, and guest flow to optimize seating and minimize wait times.
• →Ensure menus are clean and properly presented.
• →Uphold grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• →Follow safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and health department guidelines.
• →Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed, including light bussing, resetting tables, or support during events, cleaning, polishing, stocking
• →Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or design-related training a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as a host or in food service
• Exceptional attention to visual detail and cleanliness.
• Comfortable using digital tools (tablets, phones, pos)
• A calm, collaborative, and professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
• Weekend availability
