→Reports and takes direction from the Department Manager
→Welcomes each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times
→Makes guests feel appreciated through your actions
→Coffee artist - Latte designs are imperative
→Works as a team with all personnel to the maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
→Works with others to keep all areas always cleaned and stocked to the Company’s standards
→Prepares coffee, espresso, tea, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons of the bar and to-go customers, following standard recipes
→Inputs orders into the computer immediately, collects money from guests, and makes change
→Handles cash in accordance with the company's cash handling policy
→Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
→Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proper milk steaming
Basic mathematical skills and an ability to handle money and give correct change
