Room Attendant- Shenandoah Mansions

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Room Attendant who takes pride in creating a welcoming and beautifully maintained environment for our guests.

This individual will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while upholding the distinctive standards of ASH Hotels.

• →Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash in accordance with ASH Hotels' standards.
• →Prepare guest rooms for arrivals, ensuring each space is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully presented.
• →Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and supplies according to established standards.
• →Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• →Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces as assigned.
• →Keep housekeeping closets, storage areas, and equipment organized, clean, and properly stocked.
• →Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely and responsibly.
• →Report maintenance concerns, damaged furnishings, and safety hazards to Housekeeping leadership.
• →Respect guest privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
• →Follow established safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• →Communicate room status updates and guest needs to Housekeeping leadership and other departments as necessary.
• →Assist fellow team members to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently and hotel standards are consistently maintained.
• →Perform additional housekeeping-related duties as assigned.

• Position: Full-Time Room Attendant
• Location: Shenandoah Mansions – Richmond, VA
• Expected Hours: 25–40 hours per week
• Hourly Pay: $16-$17
