Senior Associate Operator, Production

-  根据SOP或SWS操作指南和良好的操作规范，操作生产设备-  凭借一线生产操作知识和经验对于影响4项 (安全，质量，可靠性，员工参与）的问题进行监控、预测、汇报、缓解、解决

日常工作1、生产操作，比如投料，操作相关设备2、生产巡检3、参加交接班会议或跨部门的会议4、参加生产轮转会议或MTTC &OpEx 会议（卓越运营会议）5、在SOC和定义的参数范围内，做出合适的调整或处理一些报警以确保生产过程顺利完成6、监控生产过程和设备的异常情况7、就任何有关生产操作保持良好沟通8、 公司安排的其他工作任务

1.    HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) 安全

•    Zero injury, Zero Health and Zero Environmental incidents. through familiar with company regulations of HSE and strictly implementing HSE procedures.熟悉公司关于HSE方面的各项规定并严格执行确保零安全事故。

•    Understand the LCPs and know how to act accordingly.理解公司的核心操作程序并知晓如何执行。

•    Participate in HSE alerts communication and incident investigation.参与HSE 事故沟通会和事故调查。

•    Actively involved in the Operational Learning process and carry out regular observations and welcome being observed.积极参与现场学习，定期观察，并乐于被观察。

•    Ability to conduct some hands on work and use of approved tools and must be able to do JSA.

具备进行手工操作和使用被认可工具的能力，有对工作进行做安全分析的能力。

•    Find out the HSE issue take immediate action to cope with it and report. (e.g. unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions) 发现HSE方面的问题及时处理和报告。（如不安全的行为和不安全的状态）

2.    MTTC & OpEx Manufacturing Excellence  卓越运营

•    Actively involved in the MTTC & OpEx ( 5S VM CI) activities

积极参与并熟悉 MTTC和OpEx（5S 可视化管理，持续改进）活动

•    Comply with ergonomics, skilled at manual add (Including liquid & powder raw material charge),and packing of powder to meet and exceed  production KPI's遵守人机工程学，熟练的进行现场人工生产操作（包括液体和粉体的物料人工投料）粉末的包装, 达到或超过生产部关于包装的KPI要求

•    Operate the packing system.操作包装自动化系统。

•    Ability to operation forklift具备叉车操作能力

•    Comply with the SOP and discipline to ensure the smooth progress of production.遵守标准操作和纪律，保证生产正常进行。

•    To assist the shift leader to carry out the work and make sure the date of production is accurate and is transmitted on time.协助领班开展工作以及准确及时记录生产数据。

•    Participates in continual improvement actively/project. 参加持续改进活动/项目。

•    Communicate with team to conduct root cause analysis for and quality issue和团队成员一起对质量事故进行根本原因分析

Education : at least graduation from high school or technical school

学历：高中或中专及以上
