1、E-Commerce Business Management

  • Take full ownership of Gregory China’s e-commerce business performance across Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly e-commerce business plans aligned with overall brand strategy

  • Drive GMV growth, profitability, and key performance indicators (traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate)

2、Platform Operations

  • Independently manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms, including product listing, content updates, campaign setup, and platform compliance

  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies based on sales performance and market trends

  • Ensure smooth execution of major e-commerce campaigns (e.g., 6.18, Double 11, Double 12)

3、Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Develop platform-specific strategies for Tmall, JD, and Douyin to maximize channel potential

  • Identify new growth opportunities including live streaming, content commerce, and new traffic channels

  • Work closely with platform partners and agencies to improve store performance

4、Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms

  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management

  • Use data to continuously optimize traffic acquisition, conversion, and customer retention

     

5、Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated business execution

  • Work with marketing team to align campaign messaging and brand image across all online channels

  • Partner with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency

     

6、Brand & Consumer Experience

  • Ensure consistent and premium brand presentation across all e-commerce platforms

  • Optimize online consumer journey and improve customer experience

  • Manage customer feedback and platform service quality

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in E-Commerce, or related field 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within fashion, outdoor, or lifestyle industry 

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Tmall and JD.com; Douyin experience is a strong plus 

  • Strong understanding of China’s e-commerce ecosystem and platform mechanics 

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership under a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
