E-Commerce Order Administrator

• Provide back-office support for e-commerce orders in close cooperation with the Front Office and E-commerce teams.

• Monitor orders throughout the complete delivery process, from order entry and inventory allocation to shipment and last-mile delivery.

• Process and follow up Direct-to-Consumer parcel orders.

• Coordinate personalised orders and related value-added services.

• Provide operational and logistics support during peak commercial periods, such as sales campaigns, Black Friday and the holiday season.

• Follow up on customer requests received through social media in relation to e-commerce and D2C orders

• Customer-focused, accurate and well organised.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Able to manage different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and confident using Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
• Previous experience in order administration, customer service, e-commerce or logistics is an advantage, but motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.
