The position holder will be responsible for –
- The smooth functioning of Maintenance Department.
- Effective planning of Errection, Installation & commissioning of New machines / Projects.
- Improve the efficiency of the machine.
- Preventive and Routine maintenance of machines.
- Handling Energy saving project.
- Attending breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Planning preventive maintenance of machines.
- Controlling down time of machine by using Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of vacuum forming, extrusion, injection moulding, pressure forming machine, laser punching, CNC router (6 Axis - slotting & profile cutting) and ancillaries’ machines maintenance of utilities like DG sets, air compressor, cooling towers, chillers, stacker, forklift etc.
